We’re already working with some couples planning their 2024 weddings, and it’s great to see some trends from 2023 are continuing and there’s some great new ones too. We’re seeing a beautiful whirlwind of creativity and new trends… and some trends from this year that are growing in importance. We’ve started to put together our favourites and most important for 2024 weddings, but remember weddings are always evolving, now more than ever, and with each passing year, new trends emerge, breathing fresh life into old traditions.
OK, so we’re not holding back here… wedding planning can be a daunting task! There, we’ve said it. It’s true, we’ve been in this business for years, we’ve heard many stories but for once in your life it’s your opportunity to let your personality and creativity shine through. SUSTAINABLE, ECO-FRIENDLY WEDDINGS

Every day we become more aware and more mindful of the impact we have on the planet, with finding ways to reduce plastic usage and the volume of waste created, through to finding ways to repurpose items, and becoming more eco-conscious. Sustainability has become a very important aspect in all our lives, including weddings. More and more couples are choosing to have a sustainable and eco-friendly weddings, so it’s one of the top trends for 2024. There’s so many ways to incorporate sustainability into your wedding, reduce the carbon footprint, while adding a meaningful aspect to your day.
This could include, finding your perfect eco-friendly wedding venue, and there’s lots of good ones here in the UK that specialise in sustainability, such as outdoor settings, solar power energy sources and recycling stations, using sustainable sourced or plantable seed paper invitations or digital invitations (we’ll talk more about these later!) instead of paper ones, selecting locally-sourced, organic food and flowers, to using recycled or biodegradable materials for decorations and confetti and eco-friendly wedding favours.
The organic style is about simplicity, it creates a natural warm and inviting feel, with the use of greenery and wood. If you love nature, this trend if for you, find an intimate outdoor venue surrounded by trees, with wooden tables, locally grown flowers and lots of leaves and greenery. You can even plant a tree as part of your ceremony and visit it in years to come!

Recently we’ve seen a number of VIP elopements, from Kourtney and Travis to Ben and JLo, inspiring couples to bring back this trend.
